  • Fix capability check in Meerkats list, user and log endpoint
  • Add fallback to main index if index alert was supposed to be written to does not exist
  • Fix encoding in user action log (set to utf-8 so end users can write any characters)
  • Enable Meerkat user endpoint to retrieve Meerkat users based on their roles and/or capabilities
  • Remove app.conf from app integrity check since SH clusters modifies it
  • Update/fix Meerkat sourcetype linebreaks (There was a bug where events would not get split properly, this did not manifest in production since that specific edge case never occured)
  • Modify Meerkat settings dashboard to honor app context from which it was invoked, so any modifications (except alert action ones) end up in the corresponding app
  • Add meerkat.param.rule_name and meerkat.param.rule_id field options when creating alert so rules can generate alerts that look like they were generated by othe
