The Clockify Add-on seamlessly integrates with your Clockify account, leveraging API calls to retrieve a variety of time-related data, including task durations, project details, user activities, groups, and workspace configurations. Do Not Upgrade: You should not upgrade any lower version of the Clockify Addon for Splunk to 3.x in your environment. Upgrading will cause compatibility issues or conflicts.
Fresh Install: It is advised to perform a fresh install for 3.x version. This means that you should uninstall any older versions of the Clockify Addon for Splunk that you may have in your environment before installing this UCC Framework-based version.
Installation & Configuration
Splunk Enterprise system requirements This Add-on runs on Splunk Enterprise, all of the Splunk Enterprise system requirements apply.
Deployment Guide:
· Single Instance (8.X)
(Pre-requisite) Clockify Addon for Splunk
· Distributed deployment (8.x)
Heavy Forwarder – Clockify Addon for Splunk
Search Head – Clockify Addon for Splunk
Configuration for Inputs:

Deploy Apps and Addons as per Deployment Guide above.

Navigate to configuration>> addon setting>>add activation key

Navigate to configuration>>Proxy >>add proxy settings (if applicable)
Note: Proxy server must have SSL enabled

Navigate to configuration>>Account>>Add>> put API Key.

Navigate to the Inputs > Create New Inputs > Add Inputs.

Create the inputs to fetch the logs from Clockify API.

Provide Global account(as per Account added)

Create/Select the Index for log ingestion.

Once inputs are created and data is flowing. Data feed health check Dashboard will reflect.
